Lower Coquitlam River Watershed Atlas

The Lower Coquitlam River Watershed Atlas was produced by the Coquitlam River Watershed Society (CRWS) in partnership with the Cities of Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam.  The Atlas is filled with 40+ pages of colour maps, facts and information including environmentally sensitive areas, water quality, watercourses, fish utilization, geology, land use, parks, population, etc. The Atlas evolved from the Coquitlam River Watershed Initiative, which is an ongoing program of activities by CRWS.  It will be of interest to anyone interested in learning more about the watershed and is a valuable planning tool. The project was coordinated by Michael McPhee, Quadra Planning Consultants Ltd. and graphics were prepared by Mike Esovoloff, City of Coquitlam.  Production of the atlas was made possible by grants from the Urban Salmon Habitat Program and Coquitlam Foundation.  Bound, colour copies in 11” x 17” format are available for $50.00 each and a CD-ROM version for $10.00.  For further information call 604-464-0004.
